Consent to personal data processing
The consent you give when signing up for JustMess.
By registering with JustMess I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to Sharapudin Sharapudinov (2761 Lavender Terrace, San Jose, CA 95111, USA) processing my personal data on the terms set out below and in the Privacy Policy.
This document is drafted in the terms of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ and is addressed primarily to users in Russia. Users in the EEA and the UK give consent to the extent described in the Privacy Policy.
This is a translation of a document required by Russian law; the Russian edition prevails.
1. Data covered
Email address, username, display name, password in hashed form, country, city, date of birth (if provided), profile picture and bio, and the data I submit while using the Service: swap listings and their photos, proposals and information about deals, ratings and reviews, dispute submissions, messages and attachments, publications, game progress, information about devices and sessions (IP address, device and app type, sign-in time, notification tokens) and information about activity in the Service.
2. Data visible to other users
I am informed of and agree that my username, display name, profile picture and bio, the city I specify, my listings, and my rating and the reviews I receive are available to other users of the Service, and some of them to unauthenticated visitors. Without this, swapping between strangers is impossible.
3. Processing operations
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (amendment, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) in the cases listed in the Privacy Policy, anonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction — with and without automation.
4. Purposes
Registering and identifying the user, providing the features of the Service, running swaps between users (publishing listings, matching them by the city specified, receiving proposals, holding in-app currency in escrow and withholding the fee, confirming deals), forming and displaying ratings and reviews, handling disputes between users, delivering messages and notifications, securing the account and the Service, moderating content and listings, handling enquiries, displaying advertising, improving the Service and complying with legal requirements.
5. Duration and withdrawal
This consent is effective from the date of registration until it is withdrawn.
You may withdraw it by deleting your account in the app settings or by sending a written request to justapp4u@gmail.com from the email address registered to the account. Processing stops within 30 days of receipt, except for data we must retain by law, anonymised data, and records of completed swaps and reviews — those are retained in anonymised form to protect the other party.
I understand that withdrawing consent makes further use of the Service impossible.
