Child Safety Standards

JustMess measures against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

Edition of 2026-09-09

We maintain a zero-tolerance stance towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This document sets out our standards and is published in line with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and comparable requirements.

1. Absolutely prohibited

2. Age limits

The minimum age is 13; in some countries it is higher (see the Terms of Service). Accounts whose holders are, to our knowledge, below the permitted age are blocked.

A swap means meeting a stranger, so we advise minors to do so only in a public place and accompanied by an adult, and adults never to arrange a meeting with a minor alone.

3. How to report

In the app — “Report” in the menu of a message, profile, channel, listing or review; choose the “Child safety” category, which is handled with priority.

By email — justapp4u@gmail.com with “CSAE” in the subject. Include a link to the material or the username; do not forward the material itself.

Law enforcement may send requests to the same address; we respond to lawful, properly issued requests as a priority.

4. What we do

  1. Immediately restrict access to the material and route the report to the moderator responsible for child safety.
  2. Remove the material and permanently block the offending account and accounts linked to it.
  3. Preserve the information needed for investigation, securely and to the extent permitted by law.
  4. Report to the competent authorities as required by law.
  5. Check whether other users were affected and take further measures.

5. Point of contact

Questions about these standards, and enquiries from law enforcement and child-protection organisations: justapp4u@gmail.com.

We review these standards regularly and update our safeguards.
